Dementia Lounge
A warm and welcoming fun environment with activities in an informal community environment. It supports people living with a dementia diagnosis and their carers to feel less isolated, and engage with others in a similar situation. An Admiral nurse and assistant are on hand to offer support and guidance too.

Befriending and Community Services
Through the multi-disciplinary team, the service aims to understand people’s needs and preferences and provide support to enable people to live well in their own home. This can improve physical and emotional wellbeing and the ability to manage when circumstances are changing, including carers.

In Nature with Keren
A one-to-one or small group day service for people that have keen interests with working or being in nature. A large community gardening project is ongoing, that has facilities to host group gardening sessions. Sessions are tailored to meet the person's interests. This may be trips out bird watching, going to flower shows, local farms and anything nature-based.

Preston North End’s Community and Education Trust (PNECET)
A range of health and wellbeing services including a Sporting Memories Group, which meets every Tuesday morning 11-12:30 at the football ground. The group aims to provide health and wellbeing support for senior fans with gentle exercise, mental stimulation and reminiscence and to reduce social isolation for people who may be experiencing early dementia, depression, isolation. It can also be helpful for those who enjoy connections with like-minded people. Other activities include guest speakers, quizzes, games and discussions about current sporting issues as well as nostalgic and fun activities. Carers are welcome.
